When will my order be shipped?

In-stock items are shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

What do pre-order and made-to-measure mean?

Pre-order items go into production with your order. Made-to-measure items are tailored to your measurements. Both are prepared and shipped within 7–10 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the destination. See the Shipping, Returns & Exchanges page for details.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@fhatt.co. For orders to the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, we cover taxes and customs duties.

How can I track my order?

We will email you when your order has been shipped. For any questions, write to info@fhatt.co with your order number.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order. We cover the shipping cost of returns and exchanges. To start, simply email info@fhatt.co with your order number.

Which items cannot be returned?

Made-to-measure (custom-tailored) items cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request. The time it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.

I'm not sure about my size. What should I do?

For help with sizing, email info@fhatt.co with the product name and your measurements. You can also try on our pieces at our showroom.

How can I visit the showroom?

Our showroom is at Teşvikiye Mah. Ahmet Fetgeri Sok. Niyagara Apt. No:32 Kat:2 D:8 Şişli/İstanbul. Visits are by appointment; to arrange one, email us at info@fhatt.co.
